TAKE A TRIP BACK IN TIME ON A VINTAGE COUNCIL BUS

Here is your opportunity to ride on a vintage Brisbane City Council bus around the Brisbane CBD!

On the weekend of July 9 and 10, the Queensland Omnibus and Coach Society will be operating several former Brisbane City Council buses on the ‘City Loop’ routes 40 and 50 between 10.00am and 2.00pm.

This is a rare opportunity to ‘step back in time’ and ride upon a vintage Brisbane bus dating as far back as 1948.

This is a FREE service that will pick up and drop off at the existing PURPLE City Loop bus stops in the CBD.

Each loop will take approximately 15 minutes and will start and end at King George Square outside City Hall as follows:
