With the spookiest night of the year just around the corner, Brisbane Now has put together a list great community events which are sure to scare you silly!

Geebung Street Party – co-hosted by Councillor Jared Cassidy, Councillor for Deagon

The first ever Geebung Street Party will get the whole community into the Halloween spirit.

With a special costume parade and scarily fun activities for kids, food trucks and entertainment for the whole family, it’ll be a day to remember.

Grab your brooms and head on down to Collings Street, Geebung from 10am on Sunday 28 October.

Hocus Pocus – co-hosted by Councillor Lucy Collier, Councillor for Morningside 

A Morningside tradition for many years, come along for some spooky fun for the whole family.

There’ll be plenty of activities for kids, lots of lollies and heaps of free entertainment.

Dress up in your creepiest costume, and head down to Bulimba Memorial Park from 3.00pm to 6.00pm on Tuesday 31 October.

2023 Ampol Wynnum Halloween Parade – A spook-tacular show for the whole family!

Wynnum knows how to throw a party and the 2023 Ampol Wynnum Halloween Parade promises to be scary than ever!

This year you can see local entertainment, trick or treat or or stick around for the amazing main parade. There’s also a Best Dressed Competition for those not-so-scaredy cats.

With events kicking off from 3.30pm on Saturday 28 October in Wynnum Central there’s something for the whole family.
