Standing at 7’5, Chuanxing Liu or “Big Liu” is the tallest player to ever play in the Australia’s National Basketball League.
Brisbane Bullets just announced the signing of the Chinese international for the 2022 season.
The 24-year-old recently played for the Qingdao Eagles where he averaged 9.7 points per game and 8.3 rebounds with a 66% success rate shooting from the field.
“Securing 7’5 Big Liu gives us a player like no other in the NBL and the ability to play a variety of different styles which we know will be difficult for other teams to play against.” – Brisbane Bullets GM of Basketball, Sam Mackinnon.
Big Liu said he’s extremely happy to join the Brisbane Bullets.
“I know this will be a challenge for me, but I will give it 100% effort starting with every practice and earn my chance to help the team win games.” – Big Liu
