The Great Brisbane lockdown is lifted just in time for the the Easter long weekend and there is so much to see and do across Brisbane (in a COVID-safe way of course).

On Good Friday you won’t want to miss the Bluewater Festival at Shorncliffe.

There’ll be food, markets, yoga and music for the adults and rides, games and an art space for the children.

The Easter Bunny will also be paying a visit.

It starts at 8am and finishes up at 8pm.

On Friday and Saturday (2nd & 3rd of April) the Sandgate Easter Art show will be in full flight.

With 2D, 3D, photo and digital categories there’ll be plenty of creativity on display for all art lovers to enjoy.

The show will be held at the Callan Centre at St Patrick’s College in Shorncliffe.

After you’re done eating chocolate for Breakfast on Easter Sunday, there’s plenty more fun to be had.

In Brisbane City the Suitcase Rummage is back at Reddacliffe Place.

It’s a mini-market were members of the public bring a suitcase or two full of goodies and sell them to other members of the public.

After rummaging head down to the Lakeside Meadow in the Roma Street Parklands for some afternoon jazz.

The Sound Society will be playing from 11am to 2pm.

Now if those activities aren’t enough, there’ll be a great one-stop-Easter-fun-stop at Victoria Park.

Candyland Putt Putt will be full team ahead with all 18 holes transformed into a festive wonderland.

There’ll be a jumping castle and games operating from Good Friday to Monday (9am-4pm).

Live music will also be featuring on Saturday and Sunday.
