A must for those looking to get their heads in the clouds the event, to be held on October 8, from 10am-2pm, is aimed at helping kids chase their lofty dreams.

The day will include rocket making and launching as well as water rockets from ‘Rocket Science Adventures’ (above).

You’d better hang on to your hats as well because there will be helicopters landing on the oval (weather permitting) viewing the Queensland Government Air helicopter up close, RFDS aircraft simulator, flight simulators, paper plane making and a 7D flight ride.

It is also a day for those who have an interest in the Aviation and Aerospace industry as there are over 30 industry and community stands offering the opportunity to discuss career pathways including Qantas, Defence Force, Nauru Airlines, Airwork Helicopters and many more.
