He is without a doubt one of Queensland and Australia’s best Rugby League players.

Cameron Smith has crafted tries from nothing and led the mighty Queensland Maroons and Melbourne Storm to victory on countless occasions.

The 37-year-old is the highest capped player in the history of the game with a record 430 NRL games.

He’s appeared in the Maroon’s jersey 42 times and played 56 tests for Australia.

Fun fact – he actually debuted as a halfback in 2002, before making the move to dummy half, where he dominated the game.

But like all great things, Cam Smith’s playing career has now come to an end.

The question everyone is asking now.. what will the Rugby League legend do next?

He could coach with his undeniable leadership qualities and game experience.

Perhaps he’ll follow the likes of Wally Lewis and pursue a career in media.

For now though he said he just wants to kick his feet up back home in Queensland.

What do you think Cam Smith should do next?
