When you think of Westfield Garden City, you probably think of shopping and eating, but what about basketball?
If your little one loves shooting hoops, Garden City is a must visit these holidays.
The shopping centre has its own basketball arena called the “GC Slam Basketball Court”.
For three days only children will get to shoot hoops with elves.
The 3 hour events will run on the 20th, 21st and 22nd of December from 4pm to 7pm.
Participants will get a free snow cone and elf headband too.
If your kid is up for some more intense basketball workshops, you’re also in luck.
The GC Slam Basketball Court is running 45 minute skill sessions in December and January.
It costs just $5 per person and is recommended for ages 6+.
The workshops will run from Monday 13 December to Friday 17 December and Monday 10 January to Friday 14 January.
