After the wonderful, adaptive, virtual performances last year, the Sandgate Youth Festival is back this year in-person.
The event is in it’s third year with proud sponsors Councillor Jared Cassidy and Brendon Hofmeier from Beat Connection again making things possible this time round.
There are 10 finalists performing at this year’s festival – all competing for a cash prize of $1,000.
“We are so fortune to have such an array of genuinely talented young local musicians,” Cr Cassidy said.
“It’s also amazing that we can give them the opportunity to perform in front of a live audience.”
The performances will kick off at 4pm Saturday the 23rd of Oct at Sandgate’s Einbunpin Lagoon Park.
